Treatment Considerations

• If you suffer with cold sores we recommend you take 'L-Lysine' tablets two weeks prior to the treatment.
• If using Retin A, you will need to cease using it 3 weeks prior to your treatment.
• Condition the lips with moisturising cream 2 weeks before and after treatments.
• Sun block is necessary at all times.
• Whilst the initial colour will look usually brighter, it will take up-to 3 weeks to settle to a more natural state.
• If after treatment swelling occurs this will ease after 24 hours.  
• The treatment lasts up-to 2-6 years. However, to keep your lips looking consistently good we recommend that you touch-up every 2 years.
• Oxide pigmentation is used to avoid any allergic reactions.
